Maintaining independence at home often requires support with everyday tasks, and our caregivers are here to provide compassionate assistance tailored to each client's needs. We help with personal care, daily routine assistance, mobility support, and safety supervision to promote comfort, dignity, and confidence throughout the day. In addition, we assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, grocery shopping, errands, and other household responsibilities that help create a safe, organized, and comfortable living environment. Our goal is to reduce daily stress, support overall well-being, and help clients continue enjoying life in the comfort of their own homes.

Meet the Founder

Crystal Newton

At The Home Care Agency, our mission is rooted in compassion, dignity, and the belief

that every individual deserves exceptional care while remaining safe, comfortable, and

respected in the place they call home.

Healthcare has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I began working in

nursing homes as soon as I was old enough to work, and throughout my career I have

remained dedicated to serving seniors and individuals with disabilities. Over the years, I

have also built a professional background in medical device sales, specializing in

dynamic splints, regenerative tissue products, and ADA-compliant mobility solutions

such as patient lifts, wheelchair ramps, and other equipment designed to improve

independence and quality of life.

My passion for caregiving became deeply personal as I watched both of my grandparents

slowly decline—one with Alzheimers disease and the other with cancer. During that

difficult journey, I witnessed firsthand the extraordinary compassion shown by hospice

caregivers. Their kindness, patience, and dignity left a lasting impression on me and

inspired me to dedicate my own career to helping others during some of life's most

difficult moments.

That passion continues to grow every day through someone who means the world to me.

My best friend of more than 20 years was born with a complex heart condition and is

now living with a terminal illness. Although we live many states apart, we speak every

day. Hearing about the daily challenges she faces as someone who is homebound and

disabled—from struggling to find reliable assistance with everyday tasks to navigating

the realities of living with a serious illness—has reinforced just how important

compassionate, dependable home care truly is. No one should have to face those

challenges alone.

Throughout my years in healthcare, I have also witnessed situations where vulnerable

individuals simply did not receive the quality of care they deserved. Those experiences

strengthened my commitment to creating an agency where every client is treated with

genuine compassion, patience, respect, and dignity.

Outside of my work, I am the proud mother of three wonderful children who continue to

inspire me every day. Being a mother has strengthened my belief in the importance of

compassion, patience, and treating every client with the same kindness and respect I

would want for my own family.

The Home Care Agency was founded to provide more than assistance with daily tasks. It

was created to provide peace of mind for families and personalized, dependable care that

helps clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life in the comfort of

their own homes.

For me, this is far more than a business—it is the fulfillment of a lifelong calling to serve

others and make a meaningful difference, one client, one family, and one act of

compassion at a time.
